Save "i knew answer" to db

• support for updating the tip (only your own and only for recent question)
• maybe show "wow that was close" before we save tip - on game screen ? (stop timer like usual, but do not fire mutation, wait for users dialog answer and then fire it, it may be better than doing 2 mutations)
