Media tiles should render as soon as they are fetched, not after their comment counts have been fetched

What's wrong?

Based off of the UI wireframe, media tiles should render as soon as media is fetched from the '/content' endpoint. As it is now, media tiles are rendered after fetching from both the '/content' and '/comment' endpoints.

How do I fix it?

Media tiles:

• Should render after the '/content' endpoint has been fetched
• Should render before the '/comment' endpoint is fetched
• Should render even if there is no commentCount
