Cypress tests are failing due to theme primary color mismatch

Cypress tests are failing on Travis build but not locally. Looks like the input of a new theme primary color isn't coming through.

Looks like the issue was that the current issue doesn't have any published articles. Don't remember that this was the case before, should re-check this for other themes as well as it may be caused by changes in the Cypress test script.

Fixed on OJS end as part of: pkp/pkp-lib#5948
