Package control messages on install/update are not delivered

I followed Package Control documentation here:
https://packagecontrol.io/docs/messaging

But upon either installing or upgrading to 2.0.0, it did not display a message.

This was fixed in commit
72549be

The problem was that Package Control does not like trailing comas. Something to keep in mind for the future as well.
