Support for system software 2.9 on rM2

In system software version 2.9 (which is just being rolled out in the beta program) on rM2, running rM-vnc-server fails due to an error in the libqsgepaper-snoop backend. This tries to find the right place in the xochitl binary to inject its code (or so I suppose), and somewhere in doing so, PTRACE_PEEKDATA fails with an I/O error; see this issue of rmview.
