Request Details: Deliveries are subject to an agreed SLA (time for delivery). Can we set an SLA time for each client, or at overall level, monitor times for each new or in progress job, and then alert the coordinator when an SLA is not met. SLA is based on difference between when the rider picks up the item, and when it is dropped off.
