Create deployment resource: Add cluster name to display of "Managing deployment"

When creating a deployment resource to an environment with multiple clusters, it allows to choose "Managing deployment" of the new deployment resource, but its display name is the deployment's name.
In "OnePerCluster" type, the deployment's name is the kind name, therefore you'll see multiple managing deployments with the same description.
