@htmldoug, I don't know how this got in there. It's not clear how we were able to release it like it is.
We discovered that this is only poping-up when running the MiMa checks for 2.13, which were not run for 2.0.6 because that's the first with binaries for 2.13.
The workaround is to add 0.9.0 to your classpath for the moment to 0.8.0 gets evicted.
We have a PR that bumps it and fix the MiMa checks for now, see #373
