Connect the dashboard to the backend

Currently, the dashboard just consists of generated demo data. We should implement backend calls to request real data once a user is logged in.
- load demo data if a user is not logged in
- connect individual dashboard to the backend
- connect group dashboard to the backend
- connect institute dashboard to the backend
