Redesign Top and Side Bar

The Topbar and Sidebar components have a few design issues so I will be redesigning them in this issue.
Can you list a few things that you want to change? Just so we are in sync :)
Lol, I am not entirely sure what design I have in mind, maybe I shouldn't have called this a redesign. This is mainly to clean up our header and footer components and improve the spacing between the components in each. Specifically, the footer as it throws a lot of errors in the logs and becomes a bit of a mess when you resize the screen.
In terms of design, I don't like putting all the tabs in the header, so I was thinking of moving most tabs to the sidebar and keeping only About Us and Sign-In in the header. That way it'll be a bit minimalistic. This is up for debate though.
