Include Mission and About Us on landing page. Have a separate Team page

Our home/landing page is a bit bland and looking at other company landing pages I feel like we should include the about us and mission on our landing page.
We can have a separate "Meet the team" page where we can add who we are and why we are working on this project. This can also serve as a "jobs" page where we ask other people to come work with us or explain how they can help us.
