Keep Demo page in main menu when user is logged in

When the user is logged in the demo page in the main menu disappears. Keep this demo page. The dashboard page should be moved to the user menu (see issue #291)

Does it really make sense to keep the demo page for registered users? If they don't want to see the demo data, they can just log out.
I am asking because this would require quite some changes with the current way the dashboard page is build.
