missing table

Table component is missing in tools. any solution for this?

The table component has been added to the 2.0 version, which is for Vaadin 14 npm mode. I can add it to the 1.0 (bower mode) too.

Actually, the table tool is not available until the polymer 3 version of the web component, thus it needs to be used with 2.0.0.rc1 or newer version of this add-on that is compatible with Vaadin 14 npm mode.
