DNS Settings button should point to external DNS management

STR:

  1. Add domain w/ _domainconnect record.
  2. Go to Websites & Domains page.
  3. Click on DNS Settings button.

Actual results:
DNS records management is opened. But it cannot work in some situations because the management is organized by another provider.

Expected results:
DNS Settings button point to some external page w/ appropriate panel for DNS management.

The current spec doesn't help to solve the issue.
