Paragraph 4.2.2. Apply Template from https://github.com/Domain-Connect/spec/blob/master/Domain%20Connect%20Spec%20Draft.adoc , section "Conflict Detection", property "Host"
This is an optional host name of the sub domain. If left blank, the template is being applied to the root domain. Otherwise the template is applied to the sub domain within the domain.
