Check files outside the right VirtualHost

Hi there,

the VirusTotal report also mentions files that are outside the VirtualHost that has been checked.

For example:

• I have 3 VirtualHost example.org, one.example.org, two.example.org
• there is a file on two.example.org that has been checked as malicious by VirusTotal
• the Reports feature shows example.org and one.example.org as bad/malicious site but not two.example.org

How is that possible? For sure, the malicious file is not accessible by surfing on example.org and one.example.org.
