Small navigation issue

[Kubik-Rubik]

All main menu items open a page with the content of all submenu items except of the menu items "Menu" and "Form".

I expect that these pages will also show all submenu items (like MenuItem, MenuHeader etc.) in one single page. The first submenu item with the same name should be renamed to have a consistent behaviour.
