Integration of NATs Client to Listen for Events on NATs PLGD Subject and Match Rules

Acceptance Criteria:

• The integration service processes events from NATs.
• Events that match the defined rules are processed accordingly.
• Conduct integration tests with a device simulator.
• Provide documentation.
