Place DevSecOpsWorkshop and TsscPlatform assets in the same namespace as the CR

Right now, DevSecOpsWorkshop CRs throw everything into devsecops, regardless of where the CR lives. TsscPlatform place most things in devsecops, with a couple exceptions. Addressing this issue will make the platform more practical to test and deliver
