Toolbar: show real datetime instead of the relative time in the toolbar

To be consistent with plone/volto#3620 and the related PR plone/volto#3625 we should modify the toolbar to remove the "2 days ago" stuff from it.

I agree... alternatively it could be shown when hovering the mouse over.
