related items viewlet does not respect use_view_action setting

I believe the issue is that on this line https://github.com/plone/plone.app.layout/blob/master/plone/app/layout/viewlets/document_relateditems.pt#L11 the record should be "plone.types_use_view_action_in_listings" not "types_use_view_action_in_listings" (missing prefix)
