HTML Entities in Username

I've got a user that has less than in their username, which is sent by plug as an HTML entity.

This is showing up in the database, logs as well as preventing the user from being mentioned in commands.

Can decoding be added for the username property?
Possibly even add a rawun property to store the original value like the plug client does.
