  • Raise "Stable tag:" to 2.4.0 in readme.txt
  • Add new entry to changelog area in readme.txt
  • Check for wrong or placeholder @since docblock entries
  • Post a release article on https://cachify.pluginkollektiv.org
  • Toot about it with @pluginkollektiv@dewp.space
