Requested: Simple way to change the back-end nitter feeds (to allow self hosted installations)

Hello,
I have stumbled across this as a bit of a feed control for nitter.
I run a local instance of nitter (Which still doesn't have feed control system) and wish for it to be utilised as the backend for this feed system.
I was wondering if you could implement a method of easily adding a self hosted instance into the program?
I think the easiest method would be to add an environment variable to override this part of the default setup in docker.

I have checked your files and this seems to be handled within;

nitterInstances = ["nitter.fdn.fr", "tweet.lambda.dance", "nitter.42l.fr", "nitter.r3d.red", "nitter.eu", "nitter.kavin.rocks"]

I could edit it myself but then I need to fork/maintain it which would seem silly as well as it would allow other privacy conscious persons to use their own instance, further increasing user uptake.

Cheers.

I will add this today. Also, today I optimized it for small screens.
