Have a way to validate git ssh keys/access tokens are valid

Use Case

I've seen a number of people misconfigure this, so we should probably create some system to check these.

Ideas of Implementation

Add a test schema to recipes, that can accept multiple types, then have it ultimately execute a git clone with the configured values. Prefer using go-git for the clone.
