Per V-230550/RHEL-08-040290, the OS must be configured to prevent unrestricted mail relaying.
Describe the solution you'd like
If the postfix RPM is installed, then the /etc/postfix/main.cf must contain a line similar to:
smtpd_client_restrictions = permit_mynetworks,reject
