Track how much time is spent reading

I'd like to know how much time I've spent reading over the last day / week / month / year.
It would be great if the app could keep track of that (not sending it to anyone but me, of course).
Even better, the app would be able to send this data to the wallabag server, which could agregate reading time amongst all my devices ?
