Compile against 2.11.0-M7

I'd love to get a build of expecty compiled against a recent 2.11.0 build (eg. M7) so that I can start testing my code for the transition to 2.11.0.

I have a fork that's cross published to Scala 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, native0.3_2.11, sjs0.6_2.10, sjs0.6_2.11, sjs0.6_2.12, sjs0.6_2.13.
