Summary

When rebuilding exago modules under the earthshot project (moving from exasgd), Incline is presenting several unique issues, while Deception and Newell are now working. In favor of merging #114 to main with the working Deception and Newell pipelines, this issue is for resolving the Incline issues.

Exact commands to reproduce, if applicable

Spack is trying to build cmake@3.20.6 and is throwing a GLIBC version error. It seems on AMD systems, we are letting spack build cmake instead of using an external module - is there a reason for that?
