`exago+python ^python@3.11` fails to build

spack/spack#40676 - I thought this might have been fixed when @nkoukpaizan updated the pybind11 submodule, but it appears like there may still be issues with building together with python@3.11:.
Issue can be closed once #38 is closed and this sort of build is tested.
