Getting Access denied or un-authorized when we are trying to call Sharepoint GET rest api call from Angular 6 application

We are trying to call a GET rest api which will returns json(or xml). while hitting from chrome browser the same is working.

From Angular application, we are getting 401 un-authorized.

Kindly help.
