Depends on what you use @patrickreisx . I you use application permissions (certificate auth) you are not impacted. If you use delegated permissions (so in context of a user) you'll be impacted if you use username+pwd to authenticate. A solution is to use the interactive auth option, this will then open the browser and allow you to specify the multi factor auth defined for your account.
