The second time I click "Change Layout" the Dialog is maintaining a value of true for hideDialog

What happened?
Hello,
When running this extension locally, I select the first-time page on the list, then change the layout. Later, I select another page and click once again Change Layout, the Dialog is hidden. The hideDialog state remains true and never switches back to false.

Steps to reproduce
Run the app locally:
1- Select a Page and then click Change Layout
2- Close the Window
3- Select another page and then click Change Layout
Expected behavior
Every time I click the Change Layout button to have a Dialog shown.
