Allow easy updating of files & data files

The webserver can only update the main scripts.js

A command should be added in commands.js to update files in scripts/ directly from a github repo (maybe github repo based on username? like coyotte508 repo for me, swimming95 repo for swimming 95)

Actually, this is not needed.

Since the webserver plugin was updated to allow editing any file, you can just edit the files, and reload scripts and there you go.
