Wind stroke not displayed on the records page

HELP WANTED
Good afternoon,
since I installed the Belchertown skin, I have never been able to understand why I don't see the daily wind stroke on the Records page
I only see the strongest burst.
The version of the skin is the latest from the master, and weewx is updated to version 4.5.1.
You can help me?
