SNDR subsetting for granules with ascending_time as blank

xarray raises an 'invalid time type' error for granules that are associated with a descending satellite swath. Will also need to resolve granules that cross poles that have different ascending and descending flags.
Unit tests should test three cases: Ascending, Descending, Both
