Mine is even worse, fresh install w/ Twenty Seventeen theme and can't even click for drop down choices, no errors in console either. Upgraded to 2.0

@pingram3541 , I'm getting the same, plus not being able to update my pages. Nightmare. Rolling back didn't solve the issue.
