Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to vested, unclaimed POKT due to get burned in September, we wanna add an easy way to unjail these nodes and get the POKT.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a button that lets me unjail.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We considered opening up node features of the old dashboard, but for now decided against it.
