Describe the bug
HR samples not being received anymore on devices different than H10 and Verity Sense after startHrStreaming was implemented and HR Notification deprecated.

How to Reproduce
Connect a Polar Unite to check HR. Make sure the device is paired and you enable broadcast HR data to your device through the "training" configuration. All logs will say all features are enabled and connection goes smoothly but it will not receive HR data anymore.

It should receive HR data,
