Add a console error message when there is a bad configuration in the video content tags

When the content tag in the video's manifest does not match any settings in the video layout plugins, no feedback is provided to the website administrator
It would be useful to at least display an error message on the console to facilitate debugging the problem, which is otherwise complicated to find
