It would break copyrights from JetBrains.

But repo name can be this way. But I don't belive that plugin itself can have trademarks of JetBrains in it.

then it can be Intelligent Voices, so it is still connected but does not break rules (not sure that commercial plugin cannot use that brand)

What about IntelliVoice/IdeaVoice?
Seen a lot of third-party plugins following this naming conventions
