intermittent build failure about timestamp being in past

I have seen this happen only once in a couple of CI build attempts at Travis. Must be some race condition.

  1) Logger
       #debug
         should pass a complete LogRecord to all handlers:
      time is in past
      + expected - actual
      -1510342668389
      +1510342668392
      
      at Context.<anonymous> (dist/logger.spec.js:63:56)
