Polkadot Dashboard: 1KV Validator Inclusion Proposal

The Thousand Validators Programme ( 1KV program )is an initiative by Web3 Foundation and Parity Technologies to use the funds held by both organizations to nominate validators in the community.
It serves two major purposes:
Give validators a structured on-ramp to join the active set of validators on Kusama and Polkadot
Further decentralize the validator active set.

1.To add new category to section Nominate:
Category “1KV Validators”
Description “Participants of Web3Foundation 1KV Program. Choose to support decentralization.”

2.In “Optimal selection” to include 4 validators from 1KV Program, every Optimal selection needs to include participants of 1KV program. There are 264 participants of the 1KV program and about 1000 total validators. I think it's fair and long term effective to give 4 of 16 seats in every recommended validators list to 1KV participants.

3.”Total Validators” using by default to select validators , not “active” only. Please not divide Validators into 2 classes - Active and Waiting , give all of them a chance to get nominated by new Stakers, and give the ability to search both lists when nominated!

4.Add “1KV Program” to Filter Validators

5.Add “1KV Program” to Order Validators
