This one is for the new section to be added... not for the core pallet and salary pallets.
This needs to be resolved first, and then add the code explanations.

I was thinking that there can be a complete different section that will contain all needed code explanations, instead of a blog-like page

If I understand correctly, there will be a new section, say Modules in the src/pages directory which will contain descriptions of the various modules(i.e pallets) that make up the Polkadot Technical Fellowship as described here.

Sounds interesting, I recommend outlining the interactions using images of calls to related extrinsics and adding details explaining various aspects like is done here in the "Becoming a Polkadot Technical Fellowship Member" section.

I can create these sections(i.e Modules & Interactions) and add the .mdx files

I am trying to wrap my head around, on what is the best "UI-ble" way to have this menu.

Can you elaborate please a bit more on the:

Concerning the:

I can create these sections(i.e Modules & Interactions) and add the .mdx files

There is a need of a popup/dropdown menu that will look nice even in mobile (as it is now).
