Associate chain metadata with clients in the IBC explorer

Currently it is impossible for a dapp developer to know which client to use, and therefore which connections to use, in order to establish a channel because the client data only displays the client type and not the associated chain. We should ensure that dapp devs can easily determine the correct clients/connections to use by making this info easily discoverable in the explorer.
