Duplicate labels for demand response units should be removed

Problem description

Demand response labels are duplicated since before the optimization run, one can choose between different modelling approaches.
Though only one component is selected, the duplicates already cause problems since this leads to multiple demand response inflows being created and ultimately erroneous results.

Suggested fix

Only create one demand response component, namely the one for the dedicated approach.
