Description
Model formulation, i.e. in-depth description of sets, variables and parameters as well as constraints and target function terms has been 1:1 copied from pommesdispatch. It should be updated and adjusted to pommesinvest.
TODO
Adjust model formulation to the one used for pommesinvest, thus integrating (multi-period) investment modelling as well as simplifications in terms of power generators applied (no ramping constraints).
