Expected Behavior
After turning on mobile network with data in sim card the mobile networks works with all apps.
Current Behavior
After turning on mobile networks. notifications that require internet to come through such as twitter and YouTube notifications and so on will come through. But when ever I open the apps they seem to detect the presence of mobile network but they don't work at all. Even when I open chrome or any other browser it detects internet but when I try to browse it says internet not connected. However in apps such as WhatsApp I am able to send messages and receive messages but I can't watch videos or download pictures

Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure there is data in sim card
- Switch to mobile network LTE
- Try to use YouTube or chrome or any other app

I just tested something, when ever I switch to 3g and back to LTE the mobile network works well again but I have to do this every time after switching to WiFi
Then, Most probably this is a apns issue
i too was facing it try finding the correct apns and use it
