Expected Behavior
When enabling Wi-Fi or disabling and re-enabling mobile data, the network and device must be in usable condition.
Current Behavior
When activating Wi-Fi, the device restarts.
And, when you disable mobile data, you cannot use it again, unless you restart the device.
Possible Solution
No response
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable Wi-Fi.
- Or turn mobile data on and off.
- Device restarts (if connected to Wi-Fi). And, in the case of mobile data, it does not reconnect (if you deactivate and reactivate mobile data).

Additional context
As the pre-release update was available via OTA, I ended up updating without reading the notes available here on Github. It wasn't until later that I realized the problems I've been facing ever since.
Remember that the Moto G9 play uses Kernel 4.19.157.
I can't use Wi-Fi because, when connecting, the device keeps restarting. I'm only using mobile data but, if I disconnect, I need to restart the device again for the data to work again.
Alread fixed.
