Bump Drizzle version above 0.34.0

According to 0.35.0 release from drizzle team, it seems that 0.34.0 contains some API functionality that is not functional.

Wondering if it is possible to bump the drizzle version.
This is currently blocking me from implementing ponder as part of my bun turborepo monorepo as I've got 0.36.x and is incompatible with the interface provided in 0.34.0.

@kyscott18 was there a major incompatibility with the new versions of drizzle?
